WhatsApp & floating actions
The floating chat button and back-to-top control, and how to point them at your number.
Krevia ships a floating action stack — a chat button and a back-to-top control — with no app required. Both are configured in Theme settings > Floating.
Setting up WhatsApp
Turn on the chat button, choose WhatsApp as the type, and enter the number in full international format without spaces or a leading plus.
- floating_chat_enable - turns the button on
- floating_chat_type - WhatsApp, or a plain link to any other service
- floating_chat_number - your number in international format, e.g. 447700900123
- floating_chat_message - the message pre-filled for the shopper
- floating_chat_label - the tooltip text shown on hover
Back to top
Enable it separately, and set the scroll distance it appears after with the threshold slider.
Positioning
The stack can sit on either side of the screen, and the chat button can be positioned independently of the back-to-top button. Fine-tune the gap from the screen edge with the X and Y offset sliders.
