Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google profile name, email, and avatar.
• Order & licence information — purchase history, licence keys, and the Shopify store URL you associate with a licence.
• Developer Referral Program data — developer and client contact details, referral notes, uploaded proof files, and payout details (UPI ID or bank account information) you submit to receive a referral reward.
• Support & contact data — anything you submit through a support ticket or the contact form.
• Usage data — basic technical data (IP address, browser, device) collected automatically by our hosting and analytics infrastructure.

2. How we use it

To create and secure your account; process purchases and issue licences; verify and pay out developer referrals; respond to support and contact requests; and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication (including Google sign-in). See Supabase's privacy policy.
• PayPal — processes payment for licence purchases. We never see or store your full card or PayPal login details.
• Google — if you choose "Continue with Google," Google shares your name, email, and profile photo with us per their consent screen.

We do not share referral payout details (UPI/bank information) with anyone beyond what's required to process that specific payout.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in (via Supabase Auth) and to remember your cart. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to meet legal, accounting, or licence-support obligations after that. Referral payout details are retained only as long as needed to process and reconcile the payout.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated personal data, by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable time, and may need to keep certain records (like order history) where we're legally required to.

7. Children's privacy

Krevia is intended for business use by merchants and developers and is not directed at children under 16.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Krevia after a change means you accept the updated policy.
