1. The licence

• One licence covers customisation and use on a single production Shopify store.
• Every future v1.x update is included at no extra cost for as long as you hold the licence.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the theme files themselves, with or without modification.
• Building for a client store instead of your own? See the Developer Referral Program rather than purchasing a separate licence per client.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials (or, if you sign in with Google, your Google account) secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Purchases & payment

• Prices are shown in GBP; payment is processed by PayPal.
• A licence is a one-time payment — there is no recurring subscription fee.
• A 14-day refund window applies, provided the licence key has not been activated on a live store.
• Coupon codes are subject to their individual terms and expiry dates and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Developer Referral Program

• Rewards: ₹10,000 for a developer's first successful referral, ₹5,000 for each one after that.
• A referral is only valid once the referred client's order is paid, verified, and confirmed not to be a duplicate or self-referral.
• The developer and client email addresses on a referral must not match.
• We may request additional proof, reject a referral, or reverse a reward found to be fraudulent, at our reasonable discretion.
• Payout is targeted within 24 hours of approval, but this is a target, not a guaranteed SLA.
• Payout details you submit (UPI ID or bank account) are used solely to process that reward.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Krevia or its systems to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, attempt to circumvent licence restrictions, or interfere with the normal operation of the site, dashboard, or admin systems.

6. Intellectual property

The Krevia theme, this website, and all associated branding are owned by Kreatrs Media Limited. A licence purchase grants you the right to use the theme as described above — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying code or design.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Krevia is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Kreatrs Media isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the theme or this site. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be excluded.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You can stop using Krevia at any time; an already-purchased licence is unaffected by account termination unless the purchase itself is found to be fraudulent.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
