Theme won't publish
Usually a vintage-theme store — confirm you're on Online Store 2.0 in Shopify admin → Themes.
Colours look different from the screenshots
Product screenshots use a specific colour preset — check Theme settings → Colors and match the preset name.
A section on my homepage looks empty
Sections that pull from a collection or product — Collection list, Featured collection, Featured product — show nothing rather than a broken-looking gap until you've picked a real collection or product. Create the collection first under Products → Collections, then select it in the section's settings.
My images look blurry or generic
Every image slot falls back to a placeholder graphic when nothing has been uploaded. That's intentional, not a bug — it stops a section collapsing to nothing on a fresh store. Upload your own image in that section or block's settings to replace it.
A quantity limit I didn't set is showing
That comes from a Shopify quantity rule (minimum, maximum or increment) set on the product or variant itself, not a theme setting. Check Products → your product → Variants in your Shopify admin.
Predictive search isn't finding pages or articles
Check Theme settings → Search — products, collections, pages and articles each have their own on/off toggle.
How do I add a size guide?
Open a product page in the theme editor and add the Size guide block to the product information section. Fill in that product's own chart, or leave it blank to fall back to the shared chart in Theme settings → Product page.
